Make this easy drink to boost and support your immune system naturally:
Elderberry drink:

Sticks of Cinnamon
In a pot 8 – 10 cups of water
1/2 cup of Elderberries
Add 3 sticks of Cinnamon
Bring to boil and let simmer, low boil for about 20 minutes or until it has reduced to about half
Let cool then put in a container in fridge (Remove Cinnamon sticks and strain out the berries first)
Drink 4 – 6 oz. a day (can be cold or heat up in microwave for a “tea”)
I’ve been using an elderberry drink very similar to this. When I drink it hot I at a touch of honey and lemon.
That’s good also I bet. Lately I put some in my hot Green Tea with Honey and Ginger in the morning.
Emergen-C + just put a version of their “immuno-booster” with elderberry that we’ve been taking and it’s working great.
